How it works

When you post a package to the U.S., customs needs to know what's inside, what it's worth, where it came from, and whether any U.S. agency regulates it. The entry answers those questions and calculates the duty owed.

  1. 1Describe your itemsTell us what's inside, how many, and each item's value — be specific.
  2. 2We classify + screenEach item gets an HTS code (which sets the duty) and is screened against what's allowed.
  3. 3Pay the landed costOne price covering shipping, duty, and fees — nothing to pay on arrival.
  4. 4We file + clear customsWe file the entry with CBP, clear it, and hand the parcel to the U.S. carrier.
  5. 5Track to the doorFollow every milestone from origin to delivery.
Duty applies to every parcel

The U.S. ended its low-value duty-free allowance on 29 August 2025. We calculate and collect duty up front, so nothing is owed on delivery.
